GLOW vs KLOW for a 50k block, is the KPV actually moving the needle or am I overcomplicating it

Been running a modified GLOW for the back half of a 50k prep, BPC 500 daily, GHK-Cu 200 most days, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Recovery has been solid, achilles feels quieter than usual on long downhills and sleep score has been weirdly consistent.
Now im looking at swapping to KLOW for the next 6 week block since training volume goes up. Adding KPV 500 daily, same everything else. The inflammation angle is what sells me, knees are starting to grumble after back to back 20 milers.
Question for anyone who has actually stacked both: did KPV do anything you could feel, or is it just a nice thing to have on paper? I know it hits NF-kB which is a different pathway than the other three but ngl im not sure how that shows up in real life during a heavy running block.
Also curious if anyone split the KPV dose AM/PM or kept it single shot. Timing around hard sessions matters more to me than anything.

- weekendnate: GLOW and KLOW get thrown around like they're fixed protocols but it's really just BPC/GHK/TB-500 with or without KPV. The NF-kB angle is real on paper, in my experience the effect is subtle compared to BPC for tendons. If your knees are barking after 20 milers it's usually load management first, peptides second. On timing, I've seen people split KPV AM/PM and others dose it post run. Hard to say which actually wins, could just be noise. For a 6 week block with rising volume I'd keep everything
- fasted_scientist: Yeah that tracks ngl, NF-kB sounds clever but in practice I barely noticed KPV on its own compared to what BPC does for cranky tendons. Keeping everything else constant and only swapping KPV in is the right move imo, otherwise you've got no idea what did what. What kind of weekly mileage are you hitting in this block out of curiosity?
- carla_macros: Solid call on keeping the rest constant and only swapping KPV in, that's the only way I'd even attempt to credit anything to it. I ran KPV solo for about five weeks and the effect was honestly too soft to call compared to BPC. Might have nudged morning stiffness down a tiny bit but could just be noise like you said. My weekly mileage at the time was around 55 and knees were the main complaint too...
- grinder265: 55 miles is a bit lighter than my block so that tracks. Running it solo is a different experiment though, I was curious if the stacking actually amplifies the signal at all or if KPV is just a background player regardless. Five weeks is a fair trial window so not writing off your read on it. Did you try any timing variations or was it always same time daily?
- grinder265: Thats fair, hard to untangle if you change too many things at once. Weekly volume right now is around 75 mpw with two back to back 20s and a long run sunday, will probably push closer to 90 by week 4 before taper. Knees are the main thing giving me grief on the doubles, achilles is mostly quiet since adding the BPC and TB-500. If KPV doesnt move the needle after 3 weeks im probably pulling it and just riding the original stack through the peak.
- grinder265: Yeah load management is fair, ive already pulled a 22 miler back to 18 and added a rest day so im not trying to peptide my way out of dumb training. Weekly volume sits around 55-60 right now, will bump to 70ish over the next 6 weeks. Keeping everything else constant and only swapping KPV in is solid advice actually, easier to tell if its doing anything. Leaning single shot post run for simplicity but might split it if i notice anything weird with the knees on the AM shakeout runs.
