Tesofensine vs GLP-1 appetite suppression, what the actual difference feels like

Been digging into tesofensine lately and the appetite suppression profile looks really different from what i'm used to on tirz.
GLP-1s for me basically kill food noise through this slow, full feeling. Like i just forget to eat and when i do eat i'm satisfied with way less. Very gradual.
Tesofensine from what i'm reading works more on the dopamine and reward side of hunger, so theoretically you're still hungry physically but the drive to actually go eat is gone. Different mechanism entirely.
That long half life (8 to 10 days) is kind of wild to me. That means once it's in your system it's in there. No missed dose rebound like you can get coming off a GLP-1 week.
The dry mouth and heart rate stuff gives me pause though. I'm already someone whose resting hr trends on the higher side.
For anyone who's actually tried both, did the hunger feel qualitatively different or is it all just "i don't want food" at the end of the day? Curious if the dopamine angle really shows up in practice or if it's just a slightly different path to the same place.
