IGF-1 LR3 blood sugar crashes, how are people actually managing this

I ran IGF-1 LR3 for about 6 weeks post-workout and the hypoglycemia thing is real for me.

I'm talking shaky hands about 90 min after my injection if I trained fasted, sometimes worse.

I started checking glucose with a cheap meter around the 3 week mark. Saw a few readings in the low 60s right after training sessions, which honestly surprised me.

Stacked it with CJC/Ipa at night per the performance stack layout and I'm wondering if that's making it worse since GH also lowers glucose somewhat.

Curious if anyone else here monitors glucose on cycle and what you do. I'm basically eating fast-digesting carbs before and right after the gym now, plus splitting my dose lower and going more frequent.

Is there a threshold where you just stop the compound or do people just manage around it? Also does the hypoglycemia risk chill out after a few weeks of use or does it stay the whole cycle?
