IGF-1 LR3 + CagriSema combo logic, does it actually make sense on paper

So I keep seeing people talk about stacking IGF-1 LR3 with GLP-1s like CagriSema or tirz, and I wanted to think out loud about whether the logic holds up.
CagriSema hits appetite and insulin, IGF-1 LR3 is anabolic and also lowers blood sugar. On paper that sounds like you're pushing blood glucose down from two angles, which is exactly the kind of thing that ends badly in my own experience with IGF-1 LR3. I got hit with a real crash on an empty stomach once and it was not fun.
The other piece is muscle preservation during a cut. If you're dropping weight fast on a GLP-1, the myostatin inhibition plus satellite cell activation from the performance stack could in theory help. But the gut growth risk on IGF-1 LR3 plus slower gastric emptying from a GLP-1 seems like a combo I would be nervous about.
Curious if anyone has actually looked at bloodwork while running something like this, or am I just talking myself out of it. 😅
