Tirzepatide stall at week 12, what actually broke the plateau for you

I've been on tirzepatide since late spring, started at 2.5mg and titrated up to 12.5mg by week 10. First two months were textbook, appetite dropped off a cliff, scale moving roughly 1.5 to 2 pounds a week, HRV actually ticked up which surprised me. Then week 12 hit and the scale just stopped.
Last three weeks I've bounced around the same 0.8 pound window. Calories are still in a deficit, protein is around 160 grams a day, I'm lifting four times a week and walking 8 to 10k steps. Sleep is solid, HRV holding steady. Nothing in the inputs changed.
I know plateaus are normal and water weight can mask fat loss, but this feels different from the normal weekly noise. I haven't titrated to 15 yet since my provider wanted to hold at 12.5 for a bit.
For those who broke through a real stall, what actually moved the needle? Higher dose, calorie cycling, adding cardio, or just waiting it out? Curious what worked for other people in the same spot.

- rachel_ketogen: Honestly this sounds like classic adaptation and your inputs are so clean its probably worth checking the stuff that doesnt show up in macros. Hows your avg deficit over the last 3 weeks specifically, and whats NEAT looking like outside your walks? When im eating the same thing my body just gets efficient at it and the scale freezes for a week or two. Also 12.5 to 15 is a real jump in effect for a lot of people from what ive read, so your provider holding was probably smart. I havent been on ti
