Layering Cartalax into a KLOW run for cranky knees, overkill or actually useful?

Ngl my knees have been the limiting factor all season and im trying to think thru stacking before i just throw everything at the wall.
Current plan is a standard KLOW run at the usual research ranges, GHK-Cu and BPC daily, TB-500 twice a week, KPV daily. Im about 4 weeks in and the systemic stuff feels fine, sleep is solid, recovery between long runs is noticeably better. But the actual knees, like the cartilage achy grinding feeling on downhills, is still there.
Ive been reading about Cartalax, the short cartilage bioregulator peptide, and people seem to run it in short courses, like 10 to 14 days on then off. The idea of pairing a systemic regenerative stack with something targeted at cartilage matrix made sense to me in theory.
Question is timing. Do i run Cartalax concurrently with KLOW from week 1, or pulse it later once the systemic anti inflammatory signaling has had time to settle. Also curious if anyone has stacked it alongside the Wolverine style BPC and TB combo without weird overlap. Bloodwork and a proper workup are already done. Just trying to figure out sequencing before i commit.
