CagriSema vs staying on tirz alone, what does the appetite control actually feel like different

Im on tirzepatide and ive been pretty stalled for like 6 weeks. Down about 18% from start weight and my body is just sitting there. Food noise is mostly quiet but the actual number on the scale isnt moving and im getting frustrated ⚖️

Ive been reading about CagriSema and the amylin plus GLP-1 combo makes sense to me on paper. Two different satiety pathways. But im curious what it actually feels like compared to tirz alone. Is the appetite suppression noticeably stronger or is it more about breaking through a plateau.

Also kind of nervous about side effects stacking. Im already managing some nausea days on tirz. Does the cagrilintide part make it worse for people whove been on GLP-1s a while.

For anyone who switched from tirz to CagriSema after a stall, did it actually move things or just trade one set of trade offs for another. Would love to hear how it felt in the first month especially.
