Adamax + low-dose NSI-189, has anyone tried this combo?

I've been on Adamax daily for about 3 weeks now, mostly mornings, and it's been way smoother than I expected. Focus is cleaner than regular Semax for me, less of that wired-but-tired feeling, and I'm getting actual work done instead of just feeling like I should be working 🧠

I'm thinking about adding low-dose NSI-189, like 40mg a day, because I keep reading about the hippocampal volume stuff and honestly my memory recall has been the weakest part of my cognitive stack lately. Names, where I put things, that kind of thing.

Before I pull the trigger though, has anyone actually run these two together? I'm a little worried about the overstimulation angle since Adamax already has some pep to it, and NSI-189 has that agitation thing in the side effect list. Did you stagger them, morning vs afternoon, or run both AM? Any weird mood dips I should watch for in week 2 or 3?

Also curious if anyone felt the NSI-189 memory benefits kick in faster than the antidepressant stuff, since I'm really after the recall piece and not chasing mood here. Just my own experience wanting to share with people who've actually combined them 💯

  • midwestsam: Honestly i havent run adamax but i tried nsi-189 solo for like 6 weeks and the recall thing took forever to even feel, if it ever did. Couldve been placebo tbh, i was expecting it to work so who knows. The mood stuff hit way before any memory change for me, kinda flat then kinda blah, not in a scary way just dull. The overstimulation concern seems legit though. If adamax already has pep and nsi has that agitation edge, stacking seems like youre doubling down on the same risk. Did you check if a
  • patient_codes: Yeah the lack of actual published combos is exactly why I posted, I couldn't find anything either, just forum threads and speculation. Six weeks before you felt anything on NSI alone is kinda wild though, I was hoping to feel something by week 3. The mood flattening thing you mentioned is actually what I'm most worried about, dull is way worse for me than wired, I'd rather be sharp and jittery than blah and flat 🧠 I'm thinking maybe I hold off and do another 2 weeks of Adamax solo first, then a
