Switched to retatrutide after a 16 week tirz stall, week 4 numbers and how it actually feels

Been on tirz since last fall, got down about 38 pounds and then hit a wall around week 12. Tried the usual stuff before jumping ship, sleep optimization, higher protein, refeeds, dropping the dose briefly, nothing really moved the scale for four straight weeks.
Switched to retatrutide about a month ago. Started low and titrated slowly because I am not trying to spend my weekends hugging the toilet. Side effects were there but mostly mild, some nausea on shot day and a little early satiety that was almost weird at first.
What I have actually noticed. Appetite suppression feels different from tirz, less of a constant food background hum and more of a clean "I forgot to eat" thing. Resting heart rate ticked up a few bpm which I expected from the data. Weight is finally moving again, down about 5 pounds in 4 weeks which is slow but it is actually going down.
Curious if anyone else has stacked retatrutide with a short AOD-9604 run to push past stubborn lower ab fat or if that is overkill.
