Adamax on its own vs running it alongside Semax, anyone tried both ways?

I've been digging into Adamax lately and I'm curious how people are actually using it in practice. The profile here pegs it as a Semax family analog with a longer window and more punch on BDNF and the dopaminergic side, which on paper sounds great for focus days. But I'm wondering if that's true to how it actually feels.
For those who've run Adamax solo, did you notice something distinct from Semax, or did it just feel like a longer Semax? I'm specifically interested in whether the mood lift separates out from the focus piece, because for me those tend to blur together with the ACTH-derived peptides.
And for anyone stacking the two, did you find they compete or complement? My instinct says overlap on the melanocortin pathway might mean more isn't better, but I could be wrong.
I haven't pulled the trigger on a full run yet, just doing my homework first. Fwiw, I'm more interested in steady cognitive support than a stimulant-like push, so if your experience was "wired but unfocused" that's useful info too ๐

- elle_z: I ran Semax solo for about two months before trying Adamax, and the difference clicked for me. Adamax definitely feels longer for that steady hum of mental clarity, but the mood lift for me actually separated out more cleanly from the focus piece compared to Semax. With Semax I always felt like mood and focus were bundled together, if that makes sense. With Adamax I felt clearer-headed without the slight mood elevation, which honestly suited me better for work days. Can't speak to the stack sin
- quiet_ironman: That tracks with what i've heard from a couple other people too, the mood piece staying flatter while the clarity stretches out seems to come up a lot. I haven't tried adamax yet but semax alone definitely bundles everything together for me too, like i can't really pull the threads apart on work days. Curious if the longer window ever turned into afternoon overstimulation for you, or if it stayed smooth the whole day ๐ฌ
- dita_h: Interesting that the mood and focus actually separated out for you, because for me on semax it was the opposite, mood lift came first and focus kind of followed. I havent tried adamax solo yet, just stacking days, so maybe im missing the part youre describing. The melanocortin piece makes sense too, basically the downstream effects hit differently even if the starting pathway overlaps. Thanks for the comparison, gives me a reason to try it on its own.
