Combining NMN with the Immortality Stack?

I am looking at the /peptides/immortality-stack and thinking about how to integrate it with my current routine. I have been using NMN at 500mg daily for a while now. For me, it seemed to help with my general energy and cognitive clarity, though it could just be placebo.

I am curious about the redundancy of adding NAD+ infusions if I am already taking NMN? Fwiw, the Immortality Stack lists both. Does the direct infusion provide a significantly better restoration of sirtuin activity compared to the oral precursor?

Also, I am concerned about the FOXO4-DRI part of the protocol. I have read that senolytic effects can cause flu-like symptoms? I cannot afford to be knocked out for a few days right now. If I use the FOXO4-DRI at 10mg/kg, should I stagger it away from the NAD+ to avoid overlapping side effects?

Does anyone here have experience running this full combination? I am trying to figure out if the cost is actually worth the benefit over just sticking to NMN and maybe adding Epithalon for the telomeres? Any thoughts on the timing of these compounds?
