CagriSema dual pathway appetite suppression, anyone tried it off-label yet?

Been digging into CagriSema after seeing the data on cagrilintide paired with sema, and the dual mechanism is what has me curious. Cagrilintide hitting amylin pathways plus semaglutide doing the GLP-1 thing at the same time, supposedly better appetite control than either alone.
For context I have been on tirz for a while now and the satiety signal has gotten a bit predictable, like my body adapted to the GLP-1 only route. The amylin angle seems like it could hit a different satiety center in the brain, which is interesting if you have hit that ceiling.
Couple things I am wondering for anyone who has actually run it. How bad was the nausea compared to straight tirz or sema titration? And did the weight loss trajectory feel meaningfully different or was it just another GLP-1 with extra steps? I have also seen people pair it with lipo-c injections for energy, though I am skeptical that does much beyond the B12 piece.
Would love to hear from anyone with real experience on this one. Trying to decide if it is worth asking about at my next appointment or if I am chasing novelty.

- elle_z: Honestly i've been curious about cagrilintide too, the amylin piece is what caught my eye since you're right it's a totally different satiety lever than GLP-1 alone. I haven't run cagrisema myself but i did spend some time reading the trial data and what stood out to me is the nausea profile looked pretty similar to high dose sema, not worse exactly but not a free lunch either. The lipo-c + B12 thing... Yeah i tried it on a separate stint and it was a solid placebo for me, no real energy bump b
- weekendnate: Appreciate the honest take on the lipo-c, that lines up with what I had been suspecting. If I am paying for amylin + GLP-1 I want the signal clean, not diluted with something I am not sure is doing anything. On the nausea point, trial data being similar to high dose sema is actually useful since I titrated tirz pretty fast and tolerated it fine. If cagrisema lands in that same window I am probably okay. The bigger question for me is whether the amylin piece actually moves the needle once GLP-1
- weekendnate: Yeah the nausea readout from the trials was the part that kept me from pulling the trigger faster too. If cagrilintide doesn't really move the needle on that front, the upside is just incremental satiety on top of what tirz already does for me. Curious if anyone who's actually stacked it found the food noise dropped more than tirz alone, since that's the metric I'd care about most.
