Question about combining BPC-157 and TB-500 for tendon issues

I have been dealing with some tendon pain in my elbow for a few months now, ngl. I looked into the GLOW stack /peptides/glow-stack and it seems like a good starting point because of the BPC-157 and TB-500, but I am a bit skeptical about adding the GHK-Cu part. I mostly care about the recovery of the tissue, not the skin or hair benefits, right?

For me, I was thinking of just running 500mcg of BPC-157 daily and 2.5mg of TB-500 maybe two times a week. I read that TB-500 helps with cell migration and BPC-157 helps with angiogenesis, so they should work well together, no?

Does anyone have experience with just those two without the copper peptide? I am worried that adding GHK-Cu might just cause more injection site irritation without giving me any real benefit for the joint. Also, does the timing of the TB-500 matter, or can I just do it on my rest days? I want to make sure I am not overdoing it. If anyone has a citation or a specific reason why the GHK-Cu is necessary for the recovery side, please let me know.

  • greg208: not gonna lie i reckon you're spot on about the copper peptide. i tried a similar mix a while back and the ghk-cu was a NIGHTMARE for my skin, just constant redness and stinging. for me it felt like a waste if i only cared about the joint. i stuck to bpc and tb and it seemed to help my own recovery, though it could just be placebo. the maths on your tb-500 dose looks like the standard research range i've seen. i did mine on rest days and didnt notice a difference in timing, but maybe someone he
  • trevor_recovery: Sounds like the skin reaction was really bad – I was afraid of that too. I’ll skip GHK‑Cu and just do BPC‑157 daily and TB‑500 twice a week on my off‑days, like you did. 25 mg on each rest day? ngl, the timing feels weird but I don’t want to over‑dose.
