CagriSema dual pathway appetite suppression, anyone tried it off-label yet?

Curious if anyone here has actual experience running CagriSema outside of a trial. The dual amylin plus GLP-1 mechanism looks interesting on paper because the satiety signaling is hitting two different pathways in the brain, so theoretically you could get appetite control without pushing the GLP-1 dose as high.
I have been on tirz for about six months and the food noise is basically gone, but I am starting to wonder if adding an amylin analog would give me another lever when I inevitably stall. I have seen the CagriSema profile on the site and the 20 to 25 percent weight loss claim is eye catching, though I take all of that with a grain of salt since it is from the manufacturer.
For those who have tried it, how did the nausea compare to a straight GLP-1 monotherapy? Did the appetite suppression feel qualitatively different or just stronger? Also curious if anyone has run bloodwork before and after to see if the metabolic markers like fasting insulin or triglycerides moved differently than they did on tirz alone.
