Ipamorelin vs tesamorelin for stubborn visceral fat, is one actually worth picking over the other?

Right, been running a CJC/Ipa stack for a while now and the sleep and recovery side of things has been solid for me, no complaints there. But the visceral fat around the midsection is just stubborn. Diet is dialled in, training is consistent, and the belly is still the last thing to budge.
So I've been reading up on tesamorelin specifically because the research around it and visceral fat seems to be the one area where the data is actually a bit more compelling than most peptide stuff. From what I understand it has a decent track record in that specific use case.
For anyone who's actually run both, how does tesamorelin compare in practice to a standard CJC/Ipa setup when the main goal is shifting that stubborn midsection fat? Is the difference noticeable enough to justify swapping, or is it more of a subtle thing you'd only catch on bloods and a tape measure?
Also curious if the side effect profile is meaningfully different. Ipa gives me a bit of water retention but nothing mad.
