My first month on the “Nootropic God” stack – what actually changed?

I’ve been tinkering with peptides for a few years now, mostly Semax and a bit of Selank. A mate of mine swore by the full “Nootropic God” combo – Semax, Selank, Dihexa and Cerebrolysin – so I decided to give it a proper go for 10 days, then a 10‑day break, then another round.

I took Semax 600 µg and Selank 400 µg intranasally each morning, Dihexa 15 mg oral at lunch and a 5 ml Cerebrolysin IM on the first day of each course. The first couple of days I felt a light buzz, a bit of head‑tightness that settled after a night’s sleep. By day 4 my focus was sharper – I could read a research paper and keep track of the details without drifting off. Memory recall felt a touch better; I could remember a phone number I’d just heard.

The biggest surprise was anxiety. Selank seemed to smooth the edge – I felt calmer during a busy morning shift. I did get vivid dreams on the nights after the Cerebrolysin injection, which was a bit odd but not unpleasant. No serious headaches, just the occasional mild one when I first started.

I’m still cautious – the protocol is intense and the long‑term safety isn’t clear. But for me the stack gave a noticeable lift in focus and mood without major side effects. Anyone else tried the full combo? Curious about dosing tweaks or how long the effects linger. 🙌🔬

  • brett_codes: That is a pretty aggressive stack for a first run. I have messed around with Semax and Selank before, and the combination usually keeps me level without the jitters, but adding Dihexa changes the math. Since you are messing with things that affect synaptic plasticity, I am curious about your exit strategy. For me, the main concern with those kinds of compounds is the potential for over-stimulation or burnout if you do not cycle them correctly. Did you notice any issues with sleep quality or mo
  • sasha_b: I didn’t really see a crash – the sleep was actually a bit deeper in the second half of the 10‑day run, maybe thanks to Selank. The 10‑day off felt flat, but no mood dip or insomnia showed up. I think the Cerebrolysin on day 1 gave a short‑term lift that faded before the break. I’m planning a slightly shorter Dihexa dose next cycle to see if that smooths the taper further. Cheers for the heads‑up on over‑stimulation.
