Trying ergothioneine alongside low-dose rapamycin, any thoughts on stacking?

Hey everyone, I’ve been reading about ergothioneine as that “longevity vitamin” from mushrooms and got curious. I’m currently doing low-dose rapamycin 4 mg once a week (just following the typical range I saw) and wanted to see if adding a daily ergothioneine supplement makes sense. I started with 10 mg ergothioneine each morning about three weeks ago, nothing fancy just a capsule with breakfast.

Honestly I can’t say I felt a dramatic shift, but I’ve noticed my energy feels a bit more steady during afternoon slumps and my skin seems a tad less dull, though that could just be placebo or sleeping better. I’m wondering if anyone here has tried stacking them and noticed anything specific, maybe better recovery after workouts or clearer thinking? Also, does the long half‑life of ergothioneine mean I should worry about taking it too close to rapamycin timing? Would love to hear your experiences or any cautions you’ve picked up.
