CJC/Ipa timing on workout vs non-workout, does the window actually matter?

Been on a pretty standard cjc 1295 no dac plus ipa setup for a few months now. Doses in the usual research range, nothing fancy. The bit i keep going back and forth on is timing, cos i keep reading conflicting stuff about whether pinning before bed or right after training makes a real difference.
My own n=... Sorry, my own experience, i did two months pinning about 30 mins before sleep and another chunk doing it post workout on training days. Sleep felt slightly deeper on the bedtime dose ngl, recovery from sessions felt marginally snappier on the post workout days. But honestly the difference is small enough i could be imagining it.
What i actually want to know is the mechanism side. If the gh pulse from cjc/ipa is short lived and mostly overlaps with slow wave sleep, isnt the bedtime shot just better by default? Or is there a legitimate argument that a post workout pulse stacks with the natural training induced gh bump in a way that genuinely matters for tissue repair?
Also curious if anyone splits it, like a small dose am and a bigger one pm. Does that actually beat a single shot or is it just more needles for the sake of it.
