Tweaking my evening stack around training days, feedback wanted

Running a pretty standard recovery focused setup right now. Bpc-157 daily, 500mcg subq in the morning, and tb-500 2.5mg twice a week. On top of that i take nmn 500mg in the morning and ghk-cu 200mcg a few evenings per week.
The part im not sure about is timing. Training days i usually lift around 6pm and notice that the ghk-cu in the evening sometimes makes me feel a bit flushed and oddly awake, even though the half life is supposed to be short. Im wondering if its better to push ghk-cu earlier on training days or move it to rest days only.
Also been thinking about adding kpv since i get some lingering knee inflammation from old tendon issues. For what it is worth, im a bit cautious about stacking too much at once. Would it make more sense to drop tb-500 frequency first and bring kpv in, or just layer it on top of what i already run?
Curious how others here time ghk-cu around training and if anyone has tried kpv alongside bpc for the same kind of issue.

- fasted_scientist: Honest question though, are you actually basing the BPC and TB-500 doses on any of the human data that's out there? Those numbers look more like the rat study conversions than anything done in people. Genuinely curious where you got them from. On the GHK-Cu flush, ngl that sounds more like a histamine response than anything to do with the half life. I've seen a few people say splitting the dose or pushing it earlier in the day sorts it out, so might be worth a play with timing before you start
