Running a slimmed down KLOW variant, what are people actually trimming out and why

Right, so I have been on a pretty standard KLOW for a while (GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, TB-500 at the usual sort of doses) and honestly the cost and the number of pins started getting to me. I am curious what people are cutting and why, rather than just guessing.

For me the easiest one to drop was TB-500 to twice a week instead of the more frequent schedule, and that felt fine, no obvious difference in recovery. The harder call is whether to keep KPV in at all, because the anti-inflammatory angle is what sold me on KLOW over a basic Wolverine stack in the first place.

I keep BPC-157 daily and GHK-Cu most days, and I am still weighing whether KPV three or four times a week is doing enough work to justify it, or if I am just paying for a peptide I cannot really tell is there. Ngl, the flushing on GHK-Cu days is a small thing but it is noticeable and I do wonder if a break would help.

Anyone running a stripped back version, what did you cut, what did you keep, and did you actually notice anything change?

  • elle_z: Yeah the flushing thing is real, I get it on GHK-Cu days too 😅 for me it eased up after a few weeks but I do notice it more if I am warm or just worked out. I cut TB-500 to 2x and honestly same as you, didn't feel a difference. KPV I dropped entirely after a couple months cause I genuinely couldn't tell it was doing anything, the anti-inflammatory promise sounded great on paper but for me nothing measurable changed when I stopped. I kept BPC daily because of a grumbly tendon that actually feel
  • humbleomar229: Cutting KPV is brave tbh, everyone swears by the inflammation stuff but if you can't feel it doing anything then why pay for it innit. My flush on GHK days is mental if I've just had a shower...
  • fasted_scientist: Yeah the shower thing makes it way worse, ngl I never connected that until you said it. I usually pin post shower which is probably the worst possible time lol. KPV is the one I keep going back and forth on. Like you say, everyone swears by it but if I am being honest with myself the only thing I can confidently say improved when I added it was a bit of post-training stiffness, and that could easily be the BPC doing more work. Did you actually drop yours or are you still on the fence? Curious
  • fasted_scientist: Cheers for that, useful to hear you had the same non-event dropping TB-500, that part I'm now pretty settled on. Interesting you got nothing from KPV either because that's basically where I'm leaning, the "anti-inflammatory" pitch always felt a bit hand-wavy to me and you've just confirmed my suspicion that it might not be earning its slot. The GHK-Cu flushing easing after a few weeks is good to know because mine hasn't really calmed down yet, maybe I'm just being impatient. How long roughly di
