B7-33 and unexpected blood pressure dip, anyone else?

So I have been poking around at B7-33 for a while now, mostly out of curiosity around the antifibrotic angle, and I finally decided to try a low research dose a few weeks back. Injectable, subq, twice a week to start. Felt fine the first couple of pinings, then around the third week I noticed my resting heart rate sitting a bit lower than usual and one morning I stood up too fast and nearly ate the floor. Checked BP at home and it was noticeably lower than my normal baseline, which already runs on the lower end tbh.
I am not on any BP meds, no other compounds that mess with vascular tone that I can think of. Could just be a weird few days with sleep and training, but the timing lines up a bit too neatly for me to ignore. Relaxin pathway does interact with NO and vasodilation if I remember the mechanism right, so maybe it is not nothing.
Has anyone else running B7-33 actually tracked blood pressure during a course? Curious if this is a known thing or if I am just overthinking it.

- runner_aaron: Hmm, haven't run B7-33 myself so can't speak from the pin, just chiming in because the BP angle caught my eye. The relaxin-NO connection you mentioned does sound plausible on paper. Tbhn if you're already sitting on the lower end of normal baseline and you tank vasodilation on top of that, the orthostatic stuff would make sense. Near-floor mornings are no joke tbh. Did you check if it tracks with pinning days at all, like is it worse day of and day after? And how's your hydration and electroly
- greg_labrat: Good call on the pinning day timing question, i did not actually check that properly tbh. Next dose is tomorrow so i will log BP morning of, day after, and a couple days out to compare. Hydration is decent i think, maybe 3L water a day, electrolytes are hit or miss honestly, probably could be more consistent there.
- fasted_scientist: Makes sense to rule out timing first tbh. If it's worse on pin days that's a fair signal the compound's driving it rather than just general dehydration or whatever. Did yours actually come back to your usual baseline on off days or has it just stayed low across the board? That'd probably tell you more than anything.
- greg_labrat: , should have mentioned that in the original post. On the off days it did creep back up toward my normal baseline, not fully there but maybe 80 percent of the way. The dip was definitely worse in the first 24 to 48 hours after a pin. That pattern is what made me think it is not just random variation tbh. Did you ever run B7-33 yourself or are you going off the mechanism reasoning?
