KLOW stack timing question, running BPC/KPV daily and TB-500/GHK-Cu 2x a week, anything off?

Howzit. I am about 3 weeks into a KLOW run for a slow-healing knee thing plus just generally feeling beat up from training. I followed the rough layout in the profile: BPC-157 500mcg and KPV 500mcg daily, then TB-500 2.5mg and GHK-Cu 200mcg twice a week.
Pinning the daily ones in the morning, and I do the TB-500 and GHK-Cu on a Mon/Thu split. Injection site is fine, slight flush with the GHK-Cu but nothing major. For me the knee feels less "angry" on stairs but tbh could be placebo, I have been loading the quads harder in the gym so hard to say.
Quick question for anyone who has run KLOW longer: is the 2x/week for TB-500 and GHK-Cu actually optimal, or do you spread it out differently? Also, any point splitting BPC and KPV to different times of day, or is one shot together fine? Reconstitution was straightforward, all four in bac water, no issues.
Not chasing miracles, just want to run it cleanly for a full 8 weeks. Anyone got tweaks that actually mattered for them?
