Cutting KLOW back to a leaner GLOW variant, what are you actually dropping

Right so I've been on the full KLOW for about six weeks now and the results have been decent, skin is a bit clearer, my dodgy shoulder is calmer, and I'm sleeping better. But ngl the daily pinning is starting to grate and the cost adds up quick.

I'm thinking of trimming it down to basically a GLOW setup, so GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500, and dropping the KPV. The KPV was mainly in there for the inflammation angle but I can't honestly tell if it's doing more than the BPC and TB are already covering.

For anyone who's run both, is there a noticeable difference keeping KPV in or cutting it? The mechanism sounds tidy on paper (NF-kB inhibition and all that) but I'm sceptical I can actually feel that benefit on top of the other three.

Also debating whether to keep BPC daily or drop to 5 days a week. Two days off a week would make the routine way more sustainable long term.

What have you guys trimmed out and what actually survived the cull?
