TB-500 loading phase while still doing easy mileage, am I being impatient

Been dealing with a low grade achilles thing for like 6 weeks now. Not a full tear, just angry and stays sore after long runs. Icing helps, eccentric work helps, but it lingers.
Finally pulled the trigger on TB-500. Planning a loading phase like the profile says, 2x a week for a few weeks then taper to once weekly. My question is more about timing the return to real training. Do you push through the loading and just keep easy miles, or do you actually back off completely for the first 2-3 weeks?
Ngl my instinct is to keep some easy aerobic work since blood flow probably helps, but i also dont want to keep irritating it and lose the window where the peptide is doing its thing. For me BPC alone on the achilles didnt move the needle much which is why i went to TB-500 this time.
How do you guys usually time it, full rest for the load then ramp, or keep moving the whole time?
