Running GLOW into a KLOW transition without overlap confusion, timing the swap

Ok so ive been on GLOW for about 6 weeks now, mostly for a nagging tibialis thing and some skin recovery from a bad sunburn earlier this summer. The joint is way better, like noticeably, but im hitting a point where i want more systemic inflammation control since im stacking big back to back long runs and my gut is getting cranky.

Thinking about rolling into KLOW by adding KPV while keeping the GLOW base the same. My plan was to add KPV at the 500mcg mark daily, keep BPC and GHK-Cu on their current schedule, and keep TB-500 at 2x a week. No overlap weirdness, just a clean addition.

Two things im actually unsure about though. Do i need to reload TB-500 when i add KPV or can i just keep my current 2x maintenance? And does KPV actually play nice with the GHK-Cu copper signaling or am i creating some weird competition there. Ngl the copper chelation stuff makes me hesitant to stack too much copper-related stuff at once. Anyone actually done the GLOW to KLOW handoff smoothly, what did your timing look like.

  • patient_codes: I’ve been stacking KPV onto my GLOW routine for a few weeks now and I kept my TB-500 at twice‑weekly maintenance without a reload – it felt steady and I didn’t notice any drop in joint comfort. For the copper question I spaced KPV and GHK-Cu about 4‑5 hours apart (KPV in the morning, GHK-Cu with my evening skin routine) just to avoid any possible competition in my gut, and my skin kept improving while the nagging tibialis ache stayed better. Everyone’s different but that timing worked for me wit
  • grinder265: Good to hear the no-reload route worked for you. The morning/evening split is basically what i was thinking too, just wanted to make sure someone had run it that way without the copper angle getting weird. My gut stuff is the bigger concern honestly so ill probably go same timing, KPV on waking and GHK-Cu after dinner with a few hours buffer. How long have you been stacking those two together and did you notice any gut symptom changes one way or the other?
