GLOW protocol + morning fasted cardio timing, am I wasting the TB-500 window?

Ok so ive been running a standard GLOW setup for about 6 weeks now, GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week on mon and fri. Recovery has been noticeably better, ngl my achilles tendon stopped barking after like week 3 which kinda surprised me since that thing has been grumpy for months.
Heres my question tho. I do fasted cardio early, usually like 530am, 10-12 miles easy pace. Right now im pinning TB-500 right before i head out. My thinking was get it circulating while im moving blood around, but TB-500 has a longer half life than i think most people give it credit for, so am i actually optimizing anything by timing it pre run or am i just kinda doing it because it feels right.
For the daily GHK-Cu and BPC i keep it subq near the area i want healed, rotating sides. No issues there.
Would love to hear how you guys pin TB-500 relative to training. Am i overthinking this or is there a smarter window.
