KLOW + Klotho for tendon block, layering a longevity angle onto a standard heal stack

Been on KLOW for about 6 weeks now targeting a stubborn peroneal tendon that would not calm down after a 50k in march. Base protocol from the wiki page, GHK-Cu 200mcg daily, BPC 500mcg daily, KPV 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. The KPV was the add i was most curious about since i have not seen many runners run it long term.

Morning fasted cardio at like 6am, BPC and KPV right after, then GHK-Cu at lunch, TB-500 on mon and thurs evenings. Injecting SC in the belly, rotating sites.

Tendon is maybe 60% better, swelling is way down, but i cannot tell if that is the stack or just time off from hard downhills. Recovery between sessions feels noticeably faster though, legs are less trashed after long runs.

Now the question. Thinking about layering in Klotho for the longevity and neuroprotection angle since i am 26 and stacking 50+ mile weeks for the next few years. But the klotho profile literally says no established human dose and human safety is unknown. That is a yellow flag.

Has anyone here actually run Klotho alongside a healing stack, or is the safety profile too thin to justify adding it on top of something that is already working? Curious how others are thinking about bridging repair protocols into longevity territory without going off the deep end.
