Persistent mild headache with HGH‑fragment 176‑191 – any thoughts?

Hey everyone, I started using HGH‑fragment 176‑191 about two weeks ago for body recomposition (250 µg sub‑Q, once in the morning and again before bed). Dose is within the typical 250‑500 µg range and I rotate injection sites each time. The first few days were fine, but after about day 4 I began noticing a mild, dull headache that lasts a couple of hours after each injection.
It’s not severe enough to stop me, but it does feel a bit annoying, especially on days when I have to drive. I also get a slight redness at the injection spot, which clears within an hour. No other symptoms like dizziness or changes in appetite.
Has anyone else experienced this with the fragment, or could it be related to the timing of my doses? I’m thinking of moving the second dose to later in the evening, but not sure if that helps. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.

- amber464: i didnt get the headaches but i did notice a weird dip in my energy if i didnt nail my hydration. imo it could be a blood sugar thing since fragment can mess with insulin sensitivity. for me, drinking a ton of water and keeping my electrolytes up seemed to help with that foggy feeling, though it could just be placebo. about the redness, i had that too early on. i tried switching the bacteriostatic water brand i was using and it kinda cleared up. maybe check if your batch is slightly more acidic
- dominic539: Thanks for the tip, amber. I do tend to skip water when the mornings are busy, so I’ll try to up the intake and add a pinch of sea salt. I’m actually using the same bacteriostatic water lot that came with the peptide, but I can test the pH with strips – maybe it’s a bit low. I’ll move the nighttime dose to after dinner and see if the headache eases. Will let you know how it goes.
