GLOW stack timing for someone already doing BPC/TB-500 solo, overlap or nah?

Been running BPC-157 500mcg daily and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week for about 6 weeks now for a cranky Achilles, finally starting to feel like a human again. The tendon is maybe 70% there so im not trying to mess with what works, but ive been reading about the GLOW stack and curious if its worth folding GHK-Cu in at this point or if thats overkill on top of what im already doing.

For those of you who transitioned from solo BPC/TB to a GLOW style setup, how did you phase it in, did you just add the GHK-Cu on the same days as TB-500, or run it daily separate? Recon math is straightforward for me since im already pinning but the timing piece im less sure on since GHK-Cu has a short half life.

To be fair my tendon is improving so maybe i should just stay the course, but skin and hair stuff is a nice bonus if i can get it without screwing up the recovery gains i already have going.

  • rachel_ketogen: Six weeks in and 70% on a cranky achilles is solid, id hate to mess with that either. When i added GHK-Cu to my own healing stack i kept the BPC/TB timing exactly the same and just pinned the GHK on off days at first, mostly because i wanted to see what changed without confusing the variables. The half life is short so daily made more sense than trying to time it with TB. I didnt notice skin or hair stuff overnight, more like a gradual thing over a month or so. Recovery gains didnt take a hit f
  • leah_vo2max: Yeah the off days first approach is smart, i was kinda thinking the same thing about not wanting to blur what is actually working. My only question is did you run GHK daily even on TB days or did you strictly keep them separate to begin with, just to isolate it further? Genuinely curious about your dosing since you didnt mention it. The gradual skin thing is good to hear, i was half expecting overnight miracles from some of the way people talk about it.
  • cycles_dad: That's kinda where i was leaning too, keeping the BPC/TB dialed in and just adding the GHK around it... Off days makes sense imo since the half life is short and you wanna keep it simple to track what's doing what. Did you pin it subq like the others or somewhere specific?
  • leah_vo2max: Yeah I was pinning BPC and TB subq in the belly, figured id just add GHK-Cu to the rotation in the same spot, subq around the navel area. To be fair im not sure if site matters much for something with such a short half life, since its not really targeting a specific area, but i figured consistency couldnt hurt for keeping track of how things are going. Did you run it ed the whole time or cycle it?
