KLOW with KPV daily, anyone splitting the BPC and TB doses away from each other?

Running KLOW right now and trying to figure out timing more than anything. I've got KPV and BPC pinned every morning fasted, then GHK-Cu and TB-500 on Mon/Thu. Problem is the TB-500 seems to make me draggy for about 36 hours after the pin, so I've been pushing my easy runs to the day after instead of the day of.
For those running the full KLOW, do you separate the TB from the BPC by a few hours or just do them together? I'm also wondering if running BPC twice a day instead of once makes a real difference for a cranky tendon, or if I'm just adding injections for no reason. Recon is straightforward, 2mg BPC plus 5mg TB-500 split into separate vials, bacteriostatic water, fridge. Been on it about 5 weeks so far and the posterior tibial is finally starting to feel like a tendon again instead of a rope.

- retired_coldplunge: Five weeks in and the tendon is starting to feel human again, that's actually a decent sign fwiw. For the draggy feeling after TB, I'd try pushing it to bedtime instead of morning if your schedule allows. Less noticeable that way. On splitting BPC twice daily for cranky tendon tissue, some people do report it feeling more even across the day rather than one big morning spike then a long tail. Could just be smoother blood levels, or could be placebo, hard to say. One thing I'd gently push back
- grinder265: Moving TB to bedtime is a smart call honestly, didn't think of that. Easy runs are already on the off days so i just gotta flip the pin to like 9pm and see if i sleep through the worst of it. I'll try it this week. On twice daily BPC, yeah thats kinda where my head is too. Morning pin wears off by like 4pm and the tib gets achey again on longer days. Might split to 1mg am / 1pm pm and see if the afternoon window chills out. Good lookin out on the 36hr drag thing, ngl i was kinda brushing it of
- cycles_dad: TB at bedtime is a good call, I'll try moving it tonight and see if the next morning run feels better. Twice a day BPC is tempting but honestly I might just stick with the once and save the injection fatigue... Ime the morning dose on an empty stomach has been solid for me. Thanks for the nudge on the 36h drag too, I'll get bloods done at the 6 week mark regardless 🔬
- grinder265: Yeah the bedtime TB move is worth a shot, lmk how the morning run feels after. The draggy window is weird ngl, took me like 3 weeks to even connect it to the TB. And honestly if once daily BPC is working for you dont overcomplicate it, injection fatigue is real especially when youre already pinning KPV. You doing the 6 week bloods just for lipids or you checking inflammation markers too?
