8 mg each morning and again in the early afternoon, because a friend mentioned it might be a more stable Semax analog. I paired it with 400 mcg of Selank at night, hoping the anxiolytic vibe would smooth out any jitter from the Adamax. For the first few days I felt a mild edge – I could sit through my grad‑school readings without my mind wandering, and my workouts felt a bit sharper.

By day 7 the “edge” seemed to level off; I wasn’t crashing, but the boost wasn’t as obvious as the initial hype. I did notice a slight headache in the evenings, which cleared after a glass of water. Overall, I’m curious if I’m just riding a placebo wave or if the combination really helps. Anyone else tried Adamax with Selank, and what did you notice?

For me the first week gave a noticeable lift – I was able to read dense papers for longer stretches and my bench presses felt a touch more focused. By the second week the “sharpness” settled into a calmer baseline; I didn’t feel a crash, just a steadier headspace. I did get occasional dull headaches late in the day, which seemed to go away after a bigger water intake and a short walk. It’s hard to separate Selank’s anxioly
