FGL peptide for memory, anyone running it solo before adding anything else?

I've been digging into FGL lately, the NCAM-derived one that works on the FGFR pathway (linked the profile here: /peptides/fgl). The plasticity angle has me curious because most of the nootropic peptides I've tried so far tend to work through BDNF or the HGF/c-Met system, so this one feels like a different lane to me.

For context I've got some time on Semax and Adamax already, both intranasal, and I've played with Dihexa oral at 10mg. Dihexa was the one that actually surprised me, took a couple weeks but my recall for names and routes I'd forgotten seemed sharper, fwiw (could easily be placebo, I tracked it but that's hardly proof).

I'm thinking about running FGL on its own for 4 to 6 weeks before stacking it with anything, just so I can actually notice what's doing what. The 1 to 5 mg/kg research range seems wide though, and I've no idea where a reasonable starting point actually sits for an adult human.

Has anyone here tried it solo, and if so what dose did you land on and how long before you noticed anything? Did you keep it or end up stacking? 📰
