BPC-157 + TB-500 timing alongside TRT cypionate, does the ester half-life matter for recovery windows?

So I've been on trt cyp for about a year now, 140mg split twice weekly, and I've run BPC-157 and TB-500 a few times for tendon stuff but never really thought about whether timing matters relative to my test injections.
To be fair I usually just do the peptides subq in the morning and my cyp at night, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually played with timing here, like does the slower release from the cypionate depot (what is it, ~8 day half life?) mean it doesnt really matter when you dose the peptides relative to it?
The reason I'm asking is my current elbow flare is being stubborn, I'm doing 250mcg BPC twice a day and 2.5mg TB once a week, and recovery feels slower than last time I ran this same combo. Could be a million things, could just be the injury itself is worse this time.
But it got me thinking about whether there's any interaction worth considering between the androgen receptor signaling from the trt and the healing peptides. Or am I overthinking this and it literally does not matter when you inject what.
Anyone run peptides on trt and notice timing makes a difference?

- retired_coldplunge: Honestly I don't think the ester half-life is really the issue here. Test cyp has a long tail, sure, but the androgen signalling question is more about steady serum levels than timing one peptide dose against it. If your troughs are dialed in and you're not crashing before the next shot, you're getting stable AR activation either way. The bigger variable in your situation is probably the elbow itself. Tendon healing is slow and finicky, and if this injury is worse than last time, same protocol
- weekendnate: Yeah I mostly agree with you. The cyp tail is so long that chasing some perfect sync window feels like wasted optimization energy. For me the peptides either seemed to help the elbow or they didn't, and that was pretty consistent regardless of where I was in my injection schedule. The point about the injury itself being the main variable is the one I'd push hardest. My last elbow flare took about three weeks longer to settle than the one before it, same BPC/TB protocol, same dose, and I think i
- leah_vo2max: Yeah that tracks for me, honestly the more I think about it the more I agree its probably just a worse tear this time. Last time was like a 6 week thing, this one's been dragging past 10 and still twinges under load. You cut off but are you asking about moving the subq site closer to the elbow, or like pinning the cyp in a different spot? I usually just rotate glutes and quad for the test and do the peptides in the belly fat so they're not even close.
- leah_vo2max: To be fair that tracks, the cyp tail probably just makes the whole timing question kinda moot in the first place. And yeah I'm thinking the elbow just might be worse this time, my fault for assuming the same combo would perform identically. You got cut off at the end there though, what did you notice when you ran it on a trt base?
