BPC-157 + TB-500 timing on training days, pre or post lift?

Running a basic Wolverine setup right now, 500mcg BPC daily and TB-500 2x a week at 2.5mg. Injury stuff is mostly settled so I am using it more for general joint maintenance and tendon feel.
Question for anyone who has run it a while. Do you pin BPC pre or post training? I have been doing it right before my lift but I am second guessing that. Half life is short enough that I wonder if post session would be a better window, when the tissue is kinda beat up and signaling is ramping.
For TB-500 I am keeping it on Mon and Thu either way since it sticks around longer. Not really feeling a difference either way honestly, fwiw. Could just be placebo. But the BPC timing feels like something that could matter.
Curious what other people landed on. Also how long are folks running the Wolverine before they take a break?

- patient_codes: For me post session made more sense and that's where I landed too, like you said the signaling is already cranking after a hard training day so dropping BPC in right after just felt like better timing. Pre lift I never really noticed anything obvious either. I keep my TB on the same mon/thu split, the long half life makes the exact day feel less important. For how long, I've done 8 to 10 week runs then taken 3 or 4 weeks off, just to keep things from feeling stale. Joint feel seemed to hold fo
- rachel_ketogen: Yeah same, i moved mine to right after the lift and stopped trying to time it pre session. Felt less like i was throwing it into the void 😅 8 to 10 weeks on then a break is basically what i do too, usually closer to 8 because by then im not sure im getting anything extra from it. How long have you been running this round so far?
- freya530: Going on week 6 right now. So maybe two more and then a break, I keep waffling on whether 8 or 10 is the real cutoff. Post lift makes sense to me too, the rationale tracks with how I'd want something to land when inflammation signaling is already kicking. Fwiw I might just switch to that and stop overthinking it. Curious if you noticed anything specific with joints or just general recovery when you moved it post?
- freya530: Yeah post session makes more sense to me too, going to start moving it there and see what changes. 8 to 10 weeks on with a 3 or 4 week break sounds reasonable, that's basically what I was thinking but wasn't sure if the tendon benefits fade fast or hold. How long after stopping did the joint stuff stay decent for you, like weeks or months?
