KLOW timing question for people running BPC and TB on different days

Been running KLOW for about 6 weeks now after a rough 50 miler that shredded my Achilles and gave me some gnarly GI inflammation on top of it. Current setup is KPV and BPC-157 daily subq in the AM, then TB-500 and GHK-Cu split to Mon/Thu/Sat. GHK-Cu mornings, TB-500 evenings on those days.
Thing is i keep reading that BPC and TB hit different pathways so the overlap window might not matter much, but i can FEEL a difference on days i pin TB close to the BPC dose vs skipping it entirely. Seems like pinning them at least 8 to 10 hours apart is smoother for me, less of that sluggish foggy feeling by mid afternoon. Could just be placebo honestly.
Curious how other people here are spacing the daily BPC/KPV shot against the TB-500 pinning days. Do you keep a strict separation window or just throw it all in the AM and move on? Also for those who transitioned off GLOW into KLOW did you overlap the BPC portion for a while or just swap it out cold.

- freya530: I've been doing something close to your setup. Daily BPC/KPV in the AM, then TB and GHK split like yours. For me the gap matters more than I expected. I pin TB evenings only, never mornings, and BPC stays in its own AM window. If I overlap I get the same foggy thing you described. Not placebo for me either, it's pretty consistent. Fwiw I think the sluggish feeling might be more about total peptide load on the system than BPC/TB specifically competing. Hard to say. On the GLOW to KLOW swap, I
- erin_rows: Yeah that tracks, to be fair. Total load theory makes sense, like my body just throws a strop if I pile too much on at once. And the BPC bridge while tapering GLOW is smart, I just yanked the plug on mine like a clown and regretted it for a week. Sound move on your end.
- grinder265: Yeah the total load thing is kinda where i landed too, ngl. Doesnt matter what the pathways look like on paper if your body is throwing a fit in real time. Thats why i split them out. The GLOW taper tho, i actually did overlap BPC for like 10 days while i pulled the rest. Didnt taper it either, i just kept the same dose and dropped the other two. Are you saying you think i should taper the BPC portion too before going full KLOW, or just the GLOW components? Cause rn its just running alongside e
- tiredmira: Yeah the total load theory tracks for me too. When i added GHK mornings it got worse for a day or two, then settled. 😅 I haven't thought about overlapping BPC during the GLOW taper, that's actually smart. I just stopped cold and had a rough week after.
- grinder265: The cold turkey approach explains a lot actually, that rough week tracks with what i was worried about. Ngl i think ill try a 2 week overlap when i get there instead of just cutting over. On the spacing thing did you end up testing the window or just stick with morning only? The 8 to 10 hours thing feels real to me but i wanna hear if others get the same.
- grinder265: Yeah the total load theory makes sense to me, i never really thought of it that way. I might try dropping GHK-Cu to just two days a week and see if that fog lifts, since that's the one i added most recently. And good call on the 2 week BPC overlap during the GLOW taper, i was honestly about to just cold swap it because i got impatient. Did you taper GLOW down week by week or just drop the dose in half across those two weeks?
