BPC oral vs injectable for a slow Achilles tendon, when does the route actually matter?

Been dealing with a low grade Achilles issue for like 4 months now, not a tear but the kind of nagging tendinopathy that flares after hard runs and won't fully calm down. I've done the standard PT stuff, eccentric heel drops, calf work, the whole deal, and I keep coming back to peptides.
I ran injectable BPC a couple years ago for a different tendon thing and had a pretty good run with it. This time around I'm curious about the oral arginate salt form mainly because I'm tired of pinning daily and honestly the Achilles is stubborn enough that I want to be consistent for a long stretch.
For soft tissue like an Achilles where blood flow is already not great, does the oral version actually get enough to the site to matter, or is the injectable still meaningfully better for tendons specifically. I know the oral shines for gut stuff since it's direct contact, but that's not really my use case here.
Also if anyone has layered BPC with anything else for a stubborn tendon like this I'm curious what you ran alongside it. To be fair I might just be impatient, but 4 months of "almost healed" is getting old.
