Adamax + Dihexa timing, do they play nice back to back or am I overdoing it?

So I've been running Adamax nasal in the mornings, kinda around the 300mcg range, and it's been solid for focus without the wired feeling I used to get from straight Semax, just cleaner, lasts a couple hours for me. Now I'm thinking about adding Dihexa oral on top, maybe 10mg a few days a week, mostly for the synaptogenesis angle since I feel like my memory recall at work could use a bump 🧠

My worry is timing, like if I take them too close together am I just throwing too much neurotrophic signaling at my brain at once? Or is it fine since they hit different pathways, Adamax is more BDNF-ish and Dihexa is the HGF/c-Met thing. I've read the Dihexa profile here and the half life looks long enough that maybe morning Adamax then Dihexa around lunch is the move.

Anyone running these two together and noticing anything good or bad? Curious if splitting them across the day actually mattered for you, or if it's all just in my head.

  • rachel_ketogen: I havent run dihexa but i did stack adamax with selank for a bit and the timing thing is real, not in a dangerous way just in a "why am i doing this" way. Morning nasal felt clean for me too, like 2 solid hours of focus then a soft landing. When i added selank later in the day i noticed the adamax block got a little fuzzy, hard to tell if its overlap or just my sleep being off that week. The pathway angle you mentioned makes sense on paper but id be cautious about stacking two strong neurotroph
  • patient_codes: Yeah that fuzzy overlap thing is exactly what I'm trying to avoid, I've had mornings where Adamax felt dialed in and then by mid afternoon I'm not sure if it's still working or I've just kinda drifted. The HRV baseline idea is actually smart, I track HRV anyway through my garmin but I never connected it to peptide days vs off days. Maybe I'll start logging that against whether I dose Dihexa or skip it and see if there's a real signal or if I'm just chasing noise 💯
  • weekendnate: Morning Adamax nasal around the same range, and the "2 hours clean then soft landing" matches what I see too. The fuzzy overlap thing is real though, I tried it with a cognitive peptide in the afternoon and my HRV dropped about 8 points overnight. Not dangerous, just tells me my nervous system noticed.
  • patient_codes: Yeah that HRV drop is a good heads up honestly, I hadn't thought to actually look at my watch data across days when I add stuff in. I'm gonna log morning Adamax vs the days I add Dihexa around lunch and see if there's a pattern with my overnight numbers too, would be dumb not to when I'm already wearing the thing 💯
