Anyone actually run TB4 frag on its own for a stubborn tendon?

Been dealing with a cranky proximal biceps tendon for months now. Physio is fine but progress is painfully incremental and i'm losing patience tbh.

I've done the standard wolverine combo before with good results but wanted to ask, has anyone here actually used TB4 frag solo, like without BPC-157 alongside it? The profile mentions better tissue penetration because of the smaller size and that seems relevant for tendons where blood flow is rubbish.

Logically it sounds promising but i want to hear from people who've actually done it rather than just reading marketing copy. How did it compare to running the full TB-500 for tendon stuff, and did you notice anything different in recovery speed or the actual quality of the tissue repair?

Also how long before you'd call it a wash and bail on it. 4 weeks? 8? I don't want to sit on something that's doing nothing for two months when i could be doing proper loading work instead.
