IGF-1 LR3 timing around fasted AM cardio, hypoglycemia risk or am I overthinking it

Thinking about adding IGF-1 LR3 to my current setup, but the post workout timing has me confused on training days where I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning. To be fair my training splits AM cardio then lift later in the day, which kinda messes with the standard post workout protocol.

For those of you who run IGF-1 LR3 alongside cardio, how are you actually timing it. The 20-30h half life is what gets me, since its still active the next morning if I pin post lift. Is that overlap helping or just keeping blood sugar flatlined through my cardio session.

The hypoglycemia note on the profile has me cautious. I usually do fasted cardio at like 6am, fast until after lifting around noon. If LR3 is still cruising from yesterday evening pin, am I setting myself up for a bonk mid run.

What does your actual pinning window look like for this compound. And do you eat anything before fasted cardio on LR3 days or just accept the fade.
