KLOW vs GLOW for a post-op knee, which would you actually run?

Tore my meniscus in March, got scoped in April, and PT is going fine but I'm still pretty sore at week 8. I want to add a peptide stack to push the recovery along. I've narrowed it down to KLOW or GLOW since both look aimed at healing plus inflammation.
For anyone who's actually run one, what did you notice anecdotally? I'm leaning KLOW because the KPV piece for systemic inflammation appeals to me, but I've also read that the addition of KPV makes it harder to source consistently and the dosing math gets messy with four vials.
Timing wise I'd rather pin daily if I can keep it simple. The GLOW schedule looks cleaner (BPC + GHK-Cu daily, TB-500 2x/week). Is there a real reason to suffer through the extra step KLOW adds, or am I overthinking it?
