CagriSema dual pathway, anyone tracking both appetite and blood glucose separately?

Got curious about the cagrilintide plus semaglutide combo since they hit two different satiety pathways. The idea that amylin and GLP-1 stack without doubling the GI misery seems too neat to be true, but the early data looked promising to me.
For those of you actually running something like CagriSema or layering cagrilintide over a GLP-1, what shifted first for you? I am talking about the stuff you can actually feel or measure, not weight on a scale. Appetite noise, food noise, glucose swings, energy, sleep. Which one gave you more mileage.
I keep a continuous glucose monitor and an HRV strap, so I like watching trends week over week. If you have done any before and after bloodwork I would be curious what moved beyond weight, like fasting insulin, lipids, inflammation markers, anything.
Also curious how people titrated. The once weekly setup is convenient but I wonder if the amylin component needs its own slow ramp to keep the nausea reasonable. Anyone split the dosing or push the GLP-1 side slower than the label suggests?

- climbs_labrat: Been following this combo for a while but never actually ran it myself. What i can say from watching people log their CGM data is the glucose flattening usually shows up way faster than the appetite stuff does. Like week 2 or 3 the post meal spikes just compress, but the food noise quieting down takes longer and feels more gradual. On the amylin side i have heard the slower ramp matters a lot. People who tried pushing it faster said the nausea hit harder than GLP-1 alone ever did. The GI misery
- weekendnate: Appreciate the breakdown, the "hits from a different angle" framing makes sense to me since the mechanisms really are different even if the end symptom is nausea. The CGM observation lines up with what I have seen anecdotally too, glucose curve smooths out before the subjective appetite shifts. Curious what you mean by slower ramp though. Weekly titration steps, or stretching the whole ramp out longer than you would with straight semaglutide? I am trying to think through whether the standard ca
- weekendnate: Yeah the gastric emptying stacking is what worried me too. Two different pathways both slowing things down from different angles sounds like a recipe for a rough few weeks. I haven't pulled the trigger yet either but your point about glucose flattening first makes sense. GLP-1 hits postprandial pretty directly while amylin's appetite stuff seems to need more cumulative exposure. Were the logs you saw showing morning glucose coming down alongside the post meal stuff, or was it mostly just the sp
