KLOW vs GLOW for skin + recovery, how do you actually decide?

I keep going back and forth on this. I'm 6 weeks out from a small surgical thing and my main goals right now are skin quality (some residual redness and texture stuff) plus making sure the deeper tissue keeps healing well. I've run GHK-Cu solo before and liked what it did for my skin, but I want something more comprehensive this round.

The GLOW stack makes sense on paper, GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 daily-ish, hits the skin and recovery angles. But KLOW adds KPV for the inflammation piece and I keep wondering if that matters more than people credit. My healing has been straightforward but I did have some lingering swelling around week 3 that took its sweet time going down.

For anyone who's actually run both, how did you decide? Did KPV seem to move the needle on inflammation specifically or is it kinda redundant if you're already on BPC? And timing wise, do you pin GHK-Cu and BPC together or separate them since they have different half-lives... Asking because I'm trying to figure out a realistic daily schedule before I commit to a multi-week run.

  • tracker_jade: GLOW for me, anecdotally. The KPV piece never did much I could actually notice, and if I already had BPC and TB-500 on board the inflammation angle felt kinda covered. The skin stuff is where GHK-Cu earns its keep in my experience, and I wanted that dialed up not diluted. On timing, I'd keep them separate just because the half-lives really are different and I don't love mixing things for no real reason. BPC in the AM fasted, GHK-Cu at night before bed worked fine for me, no interaction issues t
  • rachel_ketogen: KPV did nothing for me either when I tried it solo, so i skipped it this round and just did GHK-Cu + BPC. Skin wins felt stronger without it in the mix for sure. And yeah splitting them AM/PM just made sense, no point mashing them together. On the swelling question, mine was more fluid than true inflammation so it resolved on its own.
  • busysasha: Interesting, so you skipped KPV and still felt the skin results held up... That's kinda what I was leaning toward tbh. The inflammation piece was the main thing pulling me toward KLOW but if BPC already covers that angle decently then adding KPV might just be overkill. How long did you run the GHK + BPC combo before you noticed the skin stuff shifting? Mine's at 6 weeks post-op so I'm trying to figure out a realistic window before I expect to see real changes in the redness and texture...
  • busysasha: Yeah the week 3 thing was honestly hard to tell apart... It was puffy and slightly warm to touch so I leaned toward actual inflammation but it could've been fluid too. I didn't have labs at the time so imo it's a guess. The AM/night split makes sense, I was overthinking it. Did you notice any injection site irritation with GHK-Cu at night? Mine stings a bit sometimes and I wonder if that's just the peptide being acidic or if it's the specific formulation.
