Oral bpc-157 vs injecting for a cranky elbow, anyone run both back to back?

Got a medial epicondyle issue that just will not quit, been nagging me for like 8 months now and i finally got serious about it the last couple months. I started with injectable bpc-157 at the usual research ranges, 250 mcg twice a day for about 6 weeks, and i swear the tendon felt calmer and grip started coming back around week 3. For what it is worth the pain did not vanish but the sharp end-of-range stuff settled down and i could actually load it in the gym again without grimacing.
I ran out of pins and switched to the oral arginate salt form rather than stop cold, been on it about 3 weeks now at 500 mcg twice a day. Too early to call it but so far it feels noticeably milder than the shots were, like the recovery curve is slower. That tracks with what the profile says about lower potency orally but i am curious if anyone who has actually run both noticed the same gap, or if i just need to give it longer before i judge it. Would love to hear how it stacked up for other people who did the same swap.

- patient_codes: I’ve been dealing with a stubborn medial epicondyle flare for almost a year myself. I did six weeks of subcutaneous BPC-157 at 250 mcg twice daily and felt a real drop in the sharp pain by week three, enough to start lifting again without wincing. When I switched to the oral arginate salt at 500 mcg twice daily I noticed the same thing you described – the effect seemed softer and took longer to show up. I kept the oral for another four weeks before I felt the elbow settle into a similar baselin
- nomad_brandon: Honestly that lines up with what i am seeing, the shots had a pretty clear punch to them and the oral feels like a gentler slope. For what it is worth i was getting impatient around week 3 but hearing you needed another four to land at a similar baseline makes me want to just finish the oral out instead of going back to pins. Did you do anything else alongside it, like load management or eccentrics, or just the peptide?
- tracker364: That softer, slower effect matches exactly what I was wondering about, like whether the oral form is just doing something different systemically versus locally at the tendon. Did you do any loading work during those four weeks on the oral, or were you mostly resting it to give it a fair shot? I keep going back and forth on whether to keep training through it or just let things settle.
- nomad_brandon: Yeah i kept training through both, just modified the loading. For what it is worth i did not want to baby it for 8 weeks and lose all my pulling strength, so i stuck with neutral grip pulls and slow eccentrics for the wrist flexors, nothing that lit up the medial side. The shots felt like i could push the volume a little harder without flaring it, but the oral i have had to keep the weights conservative or it complains the next morning. I am thinking the systemic thing you mentioned is the real
