Mixing BPC-157 with GHK-Cu in the same syringe, dumb idea or actually fine?

I keep going back and forth on this and figured I'd ask people who actually do it. When I run BPC-157 and GHK-Cu for soft tissue stuff, is it dumb to reconstitute both into one vial of bacteriostatic water and pull a single shot, or does that mess with stability? My logic is they are both small peptides and both pretty forgiving in saline, so it should be fine, but I don't actually know.

For context, the BPC is the injectable form at 250 mcg twice a day and the GHK-Cu I want at maybe 1 mg a day. If I combined them in one vial, I would do half the volume of each, so my math says the GHK ends up kind of dilute in the syringe.

Has anyone anecdotally noticed worse results when they combined vs keeping them in separate vials? I like the idea of fewer sticks but not if it tanks the effect.

  • nomad_brandon: I've done this exact combo in one vial for a stubborn shoulder thing, bpc at 250mcg twice daily and ghk-cu around 1mg, reconstituted together in bacteriostatic water and pulled a single shot each morning. For what it is worth i didn't notice any drop off compared to running them separately a few months before. The ghk stays that kind of pretty blue and the bpc is clear so you can eyeball that nothing crashed out. My only complaint is the math on dosing gets a little fiddly like you said, i just
  • tracker_jade: Yeah that tracks with what I was hoping. The blue still being blue after mixing is actually a decent sanity check, hadn't thought about that as a visual cue. Splitting the GHK across both pins is clever, I was stuck on doing it all in one morning shot. How long did the mixed vial last you before it looked off? I usually get through a 10ml bac water vial in about 3 weeks but the GHK blue fading is what I'm worried about more than anything.
  • retired_coldplunge: The blue colour trick is a, I never thought of using that as a visual check. Fwiw I kept mine separate just because I like knowing exactly what's doing what (or not doing what). But your experience lines up with what most people seem to report on this combo. Did you notice the GHK sting less or more when it was mixed with the BPC?
  • tracker_jade: Honestly barely stung either way for me, but I do think the GHK on its own around my jawline area stung a little more than when it was mixed. Probably placebo. Curious what made you decide to keep yours separate, was it more about tracking what was working or just a hassle thing?
