Cerebrolysin 10ml IM alongside KLOW healing stack, too much at once or synergistic?

5mg twice a week plus ghk-cu 200mcg a couple times a week and kpv 500mcg daily, and for what it is worth the shoulder is actually feeling better but not where i want it yet. My question is whether throwing cerebrolysin into the mix is gonna be too much neurotrophic signaling at once or if it is completely separate pathways and i am overthinking it. I know cerebrolysin works through bdnf and ngf type pathways and tb-500 is more about actin and cell migration so on paper they seem like different mechanisms but i keep wondering if there is any overlap in how the body processes all these growth factors at the same time.

Has anyone here actually run cerebrolysin concurrently with a healing peptide stack and felt anything weird, like overstimulation or headaches or just general weirdness. For what it is worth i am not stacking the nootropic god stack, just the cerebrolysin piece on its own, no semax or dihexa or anything like that, i am not trying to go overboard here. Just want the cognitive and recovery benefits without doubling up on something my body is already working hard on. Any feedback on timing, like should i pin the cerebrolysin in the morning separate from the bpc doses or does it even matter.

  • retired_coldplunge: I'm no expert on cerebrolysin but fwiw I ran it for a few weeks alongside a similar healing stack (BPC and GHK-Cu, no thymosin though) and the main thing I noticed was injection site fatigue more than any kind of overstimulation. IM cerebrolysin can sting and 10ml is a fair bit of volume, so I kept it to mornings on the days I did my BPC subq in the evening. That spacing seemed to help me tell what was doing what. The shoulder healing you're already seeing is probably the BPC/GHK doing its thi
  • nomad_brandon: Yeah that injection site fatigue is a real thing, i did not even think about splitting the cerebrolysin volume up, i have been just doing 10ml in one shot which honestly sucks. Spacing it out in the morning like you said makes sense since i do my bpc and kpv later in the day anyway. Week three timeline is useful info, i was kinda expecting to feel something in the first week so good to hear it is more of a slow build. For what it is worth i am probably gonna keep running it and just split the do
  • tiredmira: Yeah the volume thing is real, 10ml IM is rough πŸ˜… I did cerebrolysin solo a while back and the sting plus site soreness got old fast. Splitting the dose or going subcutaneous might be worth looking into if you're already running multiple pins. The slow ramp up matches what I saw too, basically don't expect miracles in week one.
