Anyone actually break a stall on CagriSema without bumping the dose?

Basically been on CagriSema for about 12 weeks now, titrated up to the 2.4/2.4 range, and the first 8 weeks were super smooth. Like steady 1.5 to 2 lb a week, appetite basically gone, food noise silent.

Then the last 4 weeks I'm stuck within the same 2 lb range. I haven't changed anything in my training or my protein intake. I'm still doing the same weigh-ins, same conditions, morning after bathroom, fasted.

I keep going back and forth on whether to just push the dose up a bit or hold steady and let it catch up. My thought is if the receptors are saturated, more might not help and I'm just paying for extra side effects. But I also see people online going up every 4 weeks like clockwork and I wonder if I'm being too patient πŸ˜…

Did anyone here actually break a real plateau without increasing? Like did the weight just restart after a few more weeks, or did something else shift it for you (sleep, food volume, NEAT)? Curious what the actual data points look like from real people.

  • reads_labrat: I've had stalls like that and honestly they resolved on their own without me touching the dose. Like I'd weigh the same dang number for 10 days and then suddenly drop 3 lbs overnight, which I know is mostly water and glycogen but the trend kept going down. One thing I did notice though, my sleep got worse around the same time the scale froze. Fixed the sleep (blackout curtains, no food after 7, boring I know) and the stall broke within a week. Hard to say if that's what actually did it or if it
  • tiredmira: Yeah the "whoosh" thing is exactly what I keep wondering about. I've had days where I drop like 1.5 lbs out of nowhere after being flat for a week straight, but then it just sits again. The sleep point is interesting though. Mine hasn't tanked but I do notice my HRV dipped the same week the scale froze, so something's probably off even if I don't feel it. Gonna tighten up my sleep hygiene and hold the dose for 2 more weeks before I touch anything. If it's just gonna whoosh on its own I don't wa
  • tiredmira: Yeah the sleep thing is interesting to me. I noticed my HRV tanked during my last stall too, and when I forced myself to actually fix my wind-down routine (basically stopped scrolling in bed, kept the room cold), my morning weight started moving again within like 10 days. Could be coincidence but the data lined up too well to ignore πŸ₯—
