GLOW solo for 8 weeks before adding KPV, anyone try it that way?

I'm planning out my next run and I keep going back and forth on whether to start with straight GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) for a block and then layer KPV on top, or just kick off with the full KLOW from day one.
My thinking is mostly financial and also wanting to actually see what each piece does. Anecdotally when I've stacked too many new things at once in the past I can't tell what helped and what was a waste.
For the GLOW only phase I'm thinking GHK-Cu daily, BPC-157 daily, TB-500 2x a week for about 8 weeks. Then re-evaluate and add KPV if I still feel like inflammation is the bottleneck.
Has anyone actually done it in this order? Did you notice a clear difference once KPV got added, or did the GLOW alone cover most of it? Also curious if dropping TB-500 to 2x a week vs every day changes the recovery feel much, since some people seem to run it more often.

- weekendnate: I've done GLOW solo for 8 weeks before, though I didn't layer KPV after, just ran it clean to see what was doing the work. Joints and a chronic achilles thing both felt meaningfully better around week 3 to 4 and kept creeping up through week 8. I tracked soreness and training volume and the trend was real enough for me, placebo or not. On TB-500 frequency, 2x a week was fine for me. I didn't notice a jump when I tried the every day version on a later run, just more injections and a little more
- bianca703: Makes sense. I was leaning toward 2x weekly anyway because the every day version just sounds like a lot of pin cushion action for not much upside. Did you notice anything specific from GHK-Cu being separate from the BPC/TB-500, or did it all blur together by the end? I'm trying to decide if the daily GHK is worth the hassle or if I'd be better off just bundling it.
- tracker_jade: Honestly by week 4-5 it kinda blurred together for me too, but I think the skin stuff from GHK was the one piece I could actually point to separately. Recovery from the BPC/TB side just felt like a slow background thing, hard to separate. So I'm keeping GHK solo daily and doing the other two together, just less often than I planned.
- patient_codes: I ran GLOW alone for six weeks once and noticed my shoulder nagging ease up around week four, similar to your Achilles. Did you keep the same TB-500 twice‑weekly schedule when you later added KPV, or did you tweak anything?
- tracker_jade: Yeah I kept TB-500 at 2x a week when I added KPV, didn't wanna mess with too many variables at once. KPV was daily, separate from the GLOW stuff. Anectdotally the inflammation stuff calmed down more once KPV was in, but honestly I can't fully separate it from the cumulative effect of being further along in the run. Did you end up adding KPV after your six weeks or just stick with GLOW?
- tracker_jade: Their reply cut off but yeah that tracks with what I've been thinking. 8 weeks of clean GLOW to actually see what each thing does, then decide on KPV from there. The 2x week TB-500 thing is reassuring, I was worried dropping frequency would blunt the effect. Did you run GHK-Cu daily the whole 8 weeks or cycle it?
