Adding taurine to a KLOW run, overkill or actually useful?

I'm about 4 weeks into a KLOW run for a knee thing that's been nagging me since last fall. Healing seems to be moving along fine, anecdotally faster than I expected, but I've been reading more about taurine and the longevity stuff lately and I'm wondering if it makes sense to add it in alongside the stack.
Most of what I'm seeing on taurine is general anti-aging and mitochondrial support, not really framed alongside peptide protocols. So I'm not sure if there's an actual reason to pair them or if I'm just trying to optimize something that's already working.
For people running KLOW or GLOW, has anyone stacked taurine on top? If so, what timing are you using, like separate it from the injections, take it with food, any of that matter? And did you actually notice a difference in recovery or energy, or was it one of those things where you're gonna talk yourself into anything because you're paying attention?
Curious what the practical experience has been before I commit to another bottle of stuff.

- elle_z: I ran GLOW for a shoulder thing earlier this year and threw taurine in around week 3 mostly because I had some sitting around. Didn't notice anything dramatic but I also didn't NOT notice it if that makes sense. More of a smooth background thing for me, energy felt steadier in the mornings but that could easily have been everything else I was doing. For timing I just took it with breakfast separate from the injection, no real logic there but figured I'd give the peptides their space. I think if
- tracker_jade: Yeah same, taurine just kind of sits in the background for me too. Anecdotally I noticed less of that afternoon crash on it but nothing I'd brag about. If the knee is already responding at 4 weeks I'd probably leave it alone honestly. Don't mess with a thing that's working. You can always add it next round.
