Adding KPV to a basic wolverine stack, does it actually change anything or just extra cost?

So i been running the standard wolverine setup for a while now, bpc-157 at 500mcg daily and tb-500 at 2.5mg twice a week, and for what it is worth it has been solid for my achilles rehab and just general wear and tear from being on my feet all day. But lately i keep seeing people talk about the KLOW stack which just adds KPV and GHK-Cu on top of what i already run, and i am kinda curious whether the KPV piece is worth adding or if it is just noise on top of what bpc and tb are already doing for inflammation.
Like i get that KPV hits NF-kB which is a different pathway than what bpc and tb do, but in practice does anyone actually feel a difference running KLOW vs just wolverine? I ran GLOW for a bit which adds the GHK-Cu and i think the copper peptide gave me some skin improvement but it is hard to say if it was doing anything for the actual tendon healing vs just cosmetic stuff. The KPV dose in the KLOW profile is 500mcg daily which is not cheap to add on top of an already not cheap stack.
Anyone gone from wolverine to KLOW and felt a real difference in recovery speed or inflammation reduction, or is it mostly diminishing returns past the bpc plus tb combo? Also curious if anyone splits the KPV subq vs oral and noticed one working better.

- reads_labrat: I tried KPV on top of my bpc/tb setup last year when I was dealing with a stubborn elbow thing and honestly I could not tell a difference tbh. The bpc and tb were already doing the heavy lifting for me. KPV is supposed to be more systemic anti-inflammatory thru that NF-kB pathway but in practice it felt like throwing money at a problem that was already mostly handled. Maybe if you have gut inflammation issues it shines more there? I've heard people say KPV helped with that specifically but for
- retired_coldplunge: Yeah that matches my hunch honestly. For straight tendon and joint stuff bpc and tb have always felt like enough for me too (fwiw). I have heard the same thing about KPV being more of a gut inflammation tool, so adding it just for musculoskeletal wear seems redundant. Where did you notice the elbow thing the most, was it at the insertion point or more in the joint itself? Curious if that matters for what helps.
- nomad_brandon: Yeah exactly, gut stuff is where it shines from what i have read, so adding it just for achilles work probably is overkill. For me it was more at the insertion point, like right where the tendon meets the heel, sharp on the first few steps in the morning then it kinda loosened up after walking around for a bit. Did yours feel like that too or more of a deep ache inside the joint?
- nomad_brandon: Yeah that is kinda what i suspected, like the bpc and tb are already doing the heavy lifting and KPV just feels like extra cost for marginal returns. The gut inflammation angle is interesting tho, for what it is worth i do have some occasional gut stuff that flares up, did you notice anything systemic when you ran it or was it strictly the elbow you were tracking?
