HGH frag 176-191 stacked with AOD-9604, redundant or actually different?

I've been running HGH frag 176-191 for about 6 weeks now, 250 mcg twice a day on an empty stomach. Fat on my lower stomach seems to be moving, could be the diet changes though, hard to say. Anecdotally my face looks a bit leaner which I wasn't really expecting.
Anyway I've been reading about AOD-9604 since it's basically the same fragment of hGH but modified. The descriptions say it does fat oxidation AND blocks new fat storage, while the regular frag just signals fat breakdown. Both work through beta-3 adrenergic stuff from what I can tell but AOD claims to hit lipogenesis too.
Is stacking them together actually useful or am I just doubling up on the same pathway? If they really hit different mechanisms I'd be curious to try AOD in the morning fasted and keep the regular frag at night before bed. Or is that overkill and I should just pick one and run it longer to actually see what it's doing?

- dailydan: Honestly 6 weeks on frag is still pretty early to know what's doing what, especially if your diet is also shifting π The beta-3 piece is where a lot of people point, but AOD also seems to have a different half-life and some weird stuff around cartilage and IGF-1 that's separate. Could be a different downstream signal even if the receptor overlap is similar, but nobody really knows for sure If I were you I'd pick one and run it 8 to 12 weeks so you can actually tell what it's doing. Stacking b
- tracker_jade: Yeah that's basically where I'm landing too. The IGF-1 and cartilage piece is what keeps tripping me up, I hadn't dug into that yet. I'm leaning toward finishing the frag run out to about 10 or 12 weeks since I'm only 6 in, then maybe swapping to AOD solo after to actually compare. Does that timing make sense or would you drop the frag sooner and start AOD fresh?
- data_reads: Yeah 6 weeks really is too early, i learned that the hard way with other things too. If im changing two things at once i have no idea which one moved the scale or the mirror β¨ i agree with dan, run one solo for a full 8-12 weeks and track photos and measurements weekly, even when its boring. Not gonna be sexy but at least youll actually know whats working for you.
- tracker_jade: Yeah that's fair. The two things at once problem is real and I keep doing it anyway. You're right that 6 weeks is still early for the frag. Question for you though, did you find the weekly photos actually helped you stay objective? I take them but then I just stare at them not sure if anything changed. Do you compare them side by side or do you use a specific time gap before looking?
